Welcome STAYCE BLUME
Gresham Area Chamber
NEW CEO
“We are pleased to announce Stayce Blume as the Gresham Chamber’s new CEO. She brings a great history of experience, enthusiasm, and energy that will carry this Chamber into the future. Please help welcome Stayce as she hits the ground running.” Chamber President, Brian York, Clackamas County Bank, said,
Stayce is no stranger to the Gresham Area Chamber. As owner of Skyland Pub, she joined the chamber in 2013 and immediately began taking full advantage of the many chamber opportunities for marketing, networking, and community involvement. She also eagerly took advantage of the opportunity to be a board member. She held several positions as a board member including Treasurer and was President in 2018.
Stayce’s work history includes restaurant owner, commercial real estate broker, home mortgage consultant, and investment representative. Her wide range of experience gives her immediate understanding of what it takes to run a successful business and the challenges that can occur daily.
Upon hearing of her selection, Blume said, “What an honor to be offered the position of CEO for the Gresham Area Chamber. Being a small business owner myself, I understand the critical role the Chamber plays in our community. The Gresham Chamber has a great staff, formidable board, and a successful reputation. I am looking forward to again being a part of this amazing organization.”
Graduate of Portland State with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Stayce also attended Mt. Hood Community College after graduating from Gresham High School. Currently a resident of Corbett, she and her husband have a teenage daughter.
Blume will be replacing Lynn Snodgrass who has had the position since 2015. Snodgrass informed the board of her desire to spend more time with her husband and family.
"Stayce is a great fit for the Chamber. She will love, as I did every single day, what she gets to do for and with chamber members and the community," said Snodgrass.
Blume will officially start July 5, 2023.
